CRO NATION... One of my closest friends joins the show today. I'm luck to have friends like Sgt. Dickens, someone that is constantly pursuing growth. My friend has some amazing stories about being a drill instructor for the Marine Corps.  He's someone that has created hundreds of Marines, these Marines will never forget who Mark Dickens is for the rest of their life. Having an impact on any person is an amazing thing and he was amazing as a Drill Instructor. His platoons have constantly won Honor Platoons which is extremely competitive.  I've know him and glad to say close friends with him for almost ten years.
