Many millennials seek consistent feedback from their supervisor, we just want to know how we're doing. A member of the Navigating the Career Jungle Community wrote in asked how to get feedback from a supervisor who doesn't engage frequently with direct feedback.  In this episode, I give detailed tips that I've personally used to get feedback from a supervisor.
