A traineeship is a lot of hard work, but there are definitely some laughs along the way, especially where cultural differences are concerned. We take a light-hearted look at cups and cake and Christmas with some of our trainees.  DFDS Trainees are young graduates that embark on a two-year journey at two different locations in our network, spending one year in Shipping and one year in Logistics. Trainees learn by doing and have real clients and projects with real potential to impact the business. They gain a wide network in Northern Europe, both inside DFDS and outside.
