Episode 4 – From Trainee to Route Director: Jacob was a trainee back in the 90s and now he's route director in Kiel – he tells us why he's a big supporter of the trainee program.  We also speak to Armin and Mustafa, who were trainees a bit more recently, about the possibilities for a career in DFDS.  DFDS Trainees are young graduates that embark on a two-year journey at two different locations in our network, spending one year in Shipping and one year in Logistics. Trainees learn by doing and have real clients and projects with real potential to impact the business. They gain a wide network in Northern Europe, both inside DFDS and outside.
