Darlene Franks is on staff at the Church of the Nazarene in Sutter Creek CA and associate director of ILI for Northern California. Like many of us, she found herself stuck in the familiar pattern of endlessly producing programming events for her local church but not really being about the business of making disciples.  She realized folks were following her example, doing a whole of things but not becoming Jesus followers who new how to lead others into intimacy with God and one another. The Lord led her to ILI as an answer to her prayer as she was seeking how to grow in her true calling of making disciples. Darlene embraced the ILI community and became one of our most passionate multipliers in the USA.Today we will be talking with her about how she came to realize that she wasn’t the leader that she needed to be and how the Lord moved to equip her for real kingdom leadership.
