Jim Martin has just wrapped up six years as chairman of the ILI Board.  He lives in Fresno, CA where he runs a business providing water for farmers in the Central Valley.  We enter into the conversation talking about the draught affecting California and then move to talking about his experience touching the lives of leaders, literally, around the world.
