Mike Oakes is a global multiplier.  He is the Global Outreach Director for Oak Hills  Church in San Antonio, TX.  Oak Hills is the home of Max Lucado and Randy Frazee.  Under their leadership the church has embraced a clear vision for kingdom unity and reaching the lost both at home and around the world.
