Biz Women Rock! With Katie Krimitsos

Allie Weitzel has been an active member of the Biz Women Rock community for awhile now, so I was SUPER excited to have the opportunity to strategize with her!  She owns a company called Summit Business Team which provides small businesses with full service accounting, payroll, bookkeeping and strategic financial growth services!  Allie has had tremendous growth and has doubled her business in the past year!     During our call, I help Allie get clarity on two separate issues:   How do I succinctly communicate to potential clients what I do?  (i.e. I’m a “one stop shop and I help everyone!”).  This turned into an understanding of how to not overwhelm her clients with her every single service they offer, but how to instead strategically have successful “discovery sessions” or conversation so she can properly point them in the direction of the packages that would service each client the best!   How can I better manage my time?  I’m so unfocused and can’t seem to get my sh*t together!  During our conversation,
