Hey, folks! I'm extremely pleased to present you with a brand-spanking-new episode of Rough Draught, The Beer Appreciation Show. This edition, named The Windy City Tapes, was actually recorded around five months ago in Chicago, Illinois with our good buddy Erik Schardin. Unfortunately, though, due to our being unbelievably tired after a long day, I wasn't comfortable releasing it on the feed. Until today, of course. There was still plenty of gold to be found, so I rolled up my sleeves, edited around the boring bits and left you guys with just about 90 minutes of pure Rough Draught. This time, we discuss Wychwood's WychCraft, St. Peter's Golden Ale, Goose Island's Sofie and Revolution Brewing's Bad Man Old Rye Ale. And, as you've come to expect, there's plenty of Drunk Tales.
