Dr Paul Davis is a veterinarian, and he joins Megan Lynch after announcing his candidacy for the congressional seat in the 15th district of Illinois. He is the third Democrat in the race set to challenge Rep Mary Miller for her seat. KMOX has requested an interview with Miller multiple times, but has not received a response.
