Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, Chidiya grew up listening to a variety of music from pop to soul and R&B, Afrobeat to classical and gospel. His father’s love for music inspired him from a young age, leading him to sing in choirs and fall in love with harmony and varied musical styles. Since 2019, he has written and released multiple projects, including his breakout single “Already Blessed,” a compelling reminder to be grateful on a daily basis, which continues to impact thousands.
