The left is howling that the new detention center known as ALLIGATOR ALCATRAZ inflicts Cruel and Unusual Punishment on the detainees… and Bill Whittle, who lived in South Florida for twenty years, agrees with them; it’s the same cruel and unusual punishment inflicted on all of the 2.5 million residents of Dade County, Florida!
