Satellite Sisters

Today's new Satellite Sisters on February 2, 2014 includes: Liz and Lian on the Stitcher Awards.  We may not have won, but we were not losers! It's Lian's son's 16th birthday.  Lian celebrates with her own pumpernickel bagel. Monica tells us about a particularly rewarding day at work plus some kitchen innovations she could live without.  Also, more useful health recommendations from the Nurses Study.  She thinks she can live with these.
