Be Bold Begin

 “Your natural state is one of abundance, success, creative fulfillment, excitement, energy and joy. You have unique gifts. When you use those gifts, you live a life of abundance and joy. When you don’t, you live a life of hard work and struggle.” This is a quote from my guest Kara Bitar, Optimization Coach. Her story is a journey of searching for deep truth and inner happiness that can only be found by looking within. Kara left everything she strived for in her life behind in order to embark on this search and you will be surprised by how it all unfolded. The key was finding a methodology that would awaken and enliven that search through a process of healing and what she found at the end was her true worth and so much clarity.
