Are there people in your life that seem to always bring new light and connection just when you need it? Joy Shannon has been that for me through-out my life since we met twenty years ago as performing artists in an intensive arts program. Her journey has been an inspiration to me again and again, helping me heal and understand parts of myself just by spending time with her and knowing her energy. This episode was recorded in-person on her birthday and during a full moon. All of which came together very last minute but makes perfect sense that it did.
