Be Bold Begin

What does it mean to be happy? I really started to explore this question on the podcast within the last couple of years through my guest’s stories and one of the first one’s I released that openly shared her journey in making this realization that something was missing was Eva Bautista-Fung. Even though her life looked picture perfect and she was achieving the things she had set out to achieve, she was realizing there was something more she needed. The discovery she made was linked to connecting with herself and her own spirituality. As I continued to talk with more guests about this, I discovered again and again that this relationship, the one you develop with yourself and the realization of a spirituality that is defined by that relationship with self, is at the crux of everyone’s story of transformation. The same is true for me and I learned it was true for so, so many of the beautiful guests that came on the show over these past 2 years who bravely and openly shared their paths that led them to the shifts
