In episode 277, I chat with Sara Hecht whose dad left her and her mom when she was a young child.  Every Father's Day, she would feel upset not having a dad in her life.  Later on in life she learned her father got remarried and had three other kids.  Although it hurt a lot to know he was in their life and not hers, Sara found by changing her attitude about things, she could live a more positive life.   Listen to her story and hear why she thinks a positive attitude can change everything, how she found her inner child to live a happier life, how she decided to enrich her life by creating a blog to help young women and what she hopes to accomplish in the future.
