Ballymorris Pottery was established by Hannah Arnup in 1994 after she and her husband John acquired a 17th century farm in rural Co. Clare. It took several years to persuade the owner to sell the property to Hannah and John. While both the cottage and farm were very run down, the couple took on what was a major undertaking to refurbish the site.
