You can add another heartstopper to the NDSU-UNI rivalry. The Bison defense was terrific in the 4th quarter, picking up two interceptions and a sack as North Dakota State beat Northern Iowa 24-20. The Bison ran for 217 yards and overcame two Easton Stick interceptions in the second half. NDSU improves to 7-1 and 4-1 in the Valley, and moves into a tie for first with South Dakota State losing to Illinois State.
