Our first guest is serial entrepreneur Jeni Britton.   She’s best known for rethinking flavor creation in ice cream, and is the founder of Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams, which has close to 100 scoop shops around the country and over $150 million in revenue.   During the pandemic, Britton took a step back from day-to-day management of her company—and that got her thinking about her own health.
