Ed Donovan pioneered the first peer counseling program for Law Enforcement Officers in the World, the Boston Police Stress Program. Ed Donovan is a retired 32 year veteran Boston Police Officer who has produced, directed and appeared in documentaries and talk shows for over twenty years, including, including Oprah Winfrey and Phil Donahue, 20/20 and 60 Minutes. After retiring he moved to Florida and immediately got involved in Film and Television. He has spent the last 15 years as the Editor of Focus In newspaper and now In Focus Magazine, Florida’s Film, Television and the Arts Industry Magazine. The magazine is also linked internationally allowing readers to see what we are doing in Florida. Ed tirelessly promotes the directors, writers and producers of local independent films that have no outlet for publicity to promote their projects.
