Shalom everyone. In lite of the recent murders of Black men and women here in America I was led by my Ancestors to address the subject matter of inappropiate behavior where Black (negro) Americans are concerned. I first heard this term from the author of Powernomics; Ed.D. Claude Anderson. He is also the author of the books; Black Labor and White Wealth (the serch for power and economic justice and Dirty Little Secrets (about Black history, It's Heroes and other Troublemakers).
