BA's inability to turn themselves into a recognized Klan,Tribe, Nation will once again have a serious impact on those of we not already assimilated are amalgamated into a already recognized KLAN. As Dr. C. Anderson has already informed us that the poorest of BA who are comprised of mostly BW and their children are locked into a (permanent underclass) status.
