After beginning to TrainACE Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on January 8 of 2017 I received a call from Elcirley Silva in São Paulo Brazil. He asked me to compete at the Worlds first para jiu jitsu tournament, held in Abu Dhabi and hosted by UAEJJF. I was asked by the head of the UAEJJF To form a team for last November to fight in the LA grand slam world qualifiers. We were able to gather 13 flyers from across America and had fighters from four different countries come to compete. Again I won my flight and competed against the able-bodied classification.
