Synopsis

Often when we commit an offence that pulls us away from the righteousness of God, the residue of the sin or offence that we commit sticks with us and we cannot shake it. We feel slimy, horrible, gritty, or bitter. We feel this way because of denial or guilt.  The enemy uses guilt and denial for us to remain spirituality dead, and outside the will of God. We feel like an outsider, a wanderer, a drifter. So instead of repenting so we can restore the relationship that we had with God. We remain in a place where there is a constant reminder of the offence we committed. The offence committed against our brother and the righteousness of God. Let us remember that every sin that we commit regardless of the sin pulls us out of position in our walk with Christ. Until we correct the problem, “which is us” we remain in a state of banishment, excommunication, and exclusion.  This is the punishment of an offence against the kingdom of God. Not by the actions of God, but by our actions. Some remain in this state of ostracis
