Everywhere on earth they fought each other to conquer new lands for King, Country, and Profit.  Beginning in 1492 and ongoing to 1885… privateers and open warfare everywhere on earth was the order of the day as the European Christians forced their culture upon conquered people. That was the real First World War and it lasted nearly 400 year fought on the oceans and in Europe, Asia, Africa the Americas and everywhere else.
