I experienced a longing and discontentment for many years. I was reactive and often dwelled in my own pity-party and I didn’t even know why – until I went within. Through inner reflection I began to know myself at the core. Since coming home to my truest self I feel expanded by way of the dissolving dissonance.  I learned how to use the hidden power within to create a life that I now love. Living intentionally, creating positive changes, and having a better understanding of who I am enables me to have a better understanding of others.
