When I started many years ago, there wasn’t a leader in this space offering mentorship and guidance. I leaned on the vision that God gave me, and I rolled my sleeves up and made things happen. I have made so many mistakes along the way, but my success with my parents and students have out weighted my blunders. I started out with an in-home childcare business, and then I expanded to three full-service childcare centers with several afterschool programs. I have an ongoing partnership with Shelby County School District helping them prep their children for the SAT/ACT tests. I have a CDA (Child Development Associates) from the Council for Professional Recognition and a plethora of other credentials and certifications.
