Dr. Wilson is originally from FarmVille, Virginia. Dr. Wilson pursued her post secondary education at Virginia Union University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Spanish and History. Dr. Wilson furthered her education at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she received her Masters of Education in Administration and Supervision. In May of 2012, Omega earned her Doctorate, with a focus on Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.    Wilson entered the field of education in 1990 where she taught 6th grade at Goochland Middle School in Goochland, Virginia, for 2 years. From 1992-94, she taught Special Education at Caroline High School in Milford, Virginia. From 1994-2004, Wilson was employed at Hermitage High School as an English teacher and an Administrative Aide.
