MsG chats w/CEO "JonB" Jonathan Brown about "JBrownie Points, Music & Ministry & the exciting future of Another Level Music Co. Jonathan L. Brown was born in Knoxville Tennessee in January of 1982. At the age of 6 years old he began to play the organ for his father Elder Larry Brown who Pastored The Pentecostal Temple C.O.G.I.C in Algood TN. Through the laying on of hands by his father, Jonathan Brown quickly began to develop his signature sound. By the age of 14, he became the official State Organist for the Tennessee 2nd Jurisdiction C.O.G.I.C. under the leadership of the late Bishop H. Jenkins Bell. At the age of 17, he was given his first of eight opportunities to play in Memphis TN, at the International Church of God In Christ Holy Convocation. In the year 2000, Jonathan Brown relocated to Orlando FL. During his time there he served as Music Director and Organist for Bishop H.
