As I sat down to record this, I imagined the shoulder I am about to have surgery on. It is a genetic fact in my family that we get bone spurs that eventually saw through tendons and muscle. I was imagining this process, the back and forth, the sawing through of muscle, and saw how it mirrors what is going on in this country. I think some very important things have already snapped as the "bone spurs" of our nation have sawed through. President Trump is being charged with a new kind of terrorism, which of course, isn't terrorism at all. If he is convicted, I believe this is a "tendon" that will snap. We talk about this trial and members of the jury who should definitely not be allowed.
