Her area of expertise is marketing strategy, corporate brand messaging, public relations, event planning, and copywriting. Kate also holds the position of President/CEO of The Trendle Group, a third party meeting and convention management firm that has planned more than 500 events from coast to coast. Previously, Kate was a faculty member in the Communications Department at the University of North Florida, teaching classes in public relations, advertising, and communication theory. Kate also co-owned a sign design and development company, Signs-N-Motion, and acted as the Marketing Director for a resort real estate company with properties in Florida, Hawaii, and North Carolina.
