Special Guest include:  Kerwyn Phillip, MBA is the founder and Executive Director of Brothers On The Avenue, LLC, an organization that conducts workshops to educate and empower teens and young adults.  He earned his undergraduate degree from Morgan State University and his MBA from Averett University.  Growing up in Brooklyn,  NY, he was heavily influenced by hip hop culture and is aware of the impact that hip hop has on the youth today. Kerwyn is also the Club President of RVA Citizens Speaks Toastmasters Club in Glen Allen,  VA. His organization is currently working with the Richmond Public Library on the Black Male Emergent Readers program which is aimed at developing programs that promote literacy amongst young African American males.
