On the air with me, I will have former Mississippi Supreme Court Justice Oliver Diaz and we will be discussing what to do when you find yourself unsatisfied with a Court’s ruling and in doing so, Justice Diaz will give you better understanding with regard to the logistics of handling an appeal. This is a complicated area of the law that so many people are confused about and this will be a great opportunity for you to gain clarity and understanding regarding your rights when it comes to filing an appeal.
