He is also a certified speaker, coach, & trainer with the John Maxwell Team. LaChelle Barnett, LCSW, LCAC, is a post doctorate candidate with years of experience in the training and teaching industry. She is a licensed therapist and adjunct professor,  LaChelle is the CEO & Strategy Consultant of The Reset Room, a personal development consulting firm that specializes in helping people identify their purpose and begin to build their life and business accordingly.
