This week on Gay’s PSA, I will have Dr. Robyn Whitehead on the air with me. Dr. Whitehead is a professor of Kinesiology at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. She has a doctorate in health and wellness psychology and she is a certified exercise physiologist. She received her doctorate degree from the University of the Rockies in Denver, Colorado and her undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She specializes in behavior modification and positive lifestyle change.
