  Sheryl Sitts: Name a person who shaped your life in a positive way. Although we never met, Oprah Winfrey was my mentor to becoming an empowered woman, overcoming negative childhood experiences, and embracing my spirituality and all that I could be in life.  I saw so many similarities there and knew if she could do it, I could do it. Have you experienced something that changed your life? My life has been a series of lessons, from being adopted to being expelled to graduating with honors to perfectionism, then addiction, then marriage and blending families, stepparenting, death, divorce...I have learned and grown throughout these experiences and now use those lessons to reach out and support others.
