His friends just call him Toke. Even his mother calls him Toke! Of course no mother would christen a child Tokyo, his stage personae has taken over. It has been a while since I last talked to Toke on the radio, and it just seemed like it was time. He is the only person I have ever met that has the Keys to any city, of course Toke selected Edmonton, Alberta, and a too many degrees below freezing January to accept the honor.
