I worked for boutique companies as small as seven people and corporations as large as 6000. I trained, consulted and coached employees from entry level up to all levels of senior executives. I taught sales, customer service and countless leadership programs. At the end of the day, what I was doing was essentially helping people. No matter what the company, it’s size, or profitability: where there are people, there are issues and opportunities.
