Cinema Throwdown is the only podcast featuring a showdown of cinematic proportions. Each week, hosts Jacob and Annie challenge each other to watch a movie and break it down in an endless movie watching struggle. This week, Jacob brings Annie back to his childhood with a movie that might just be better off left in those memories with Pee Wee's Big Adventure. Jacob and Annie watched Pee Wee's Big Adventure for this episode and..... it was hit with some more criticism than both expected. Even Jacob had to admit that this was not the charming laugh riot that he seemed to remember. However, there was some real nostalgia going on and in the end, Pee Wee Herman won our hearts... not really, but you know.
