Early last year, The Virginia Association of School Superintendents crafted a blueprint for educational reform in Virginia. The document provides a comprehensive analysis of the direction the Commonwealth's educational system is headed in and, more importantly, what it will take to get there. One of the largest components of that plan is technology, more specifically mobile connectivity and distance based learning.
