Where is the region headed? A new regional strategic plan is being developed to chart that course, and the results all depend on you! Using a survey of Hampton Roads residents, the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission is working to build a new strategic plan that accurately reflects the values of the Hampton Roads community. Today we'll discuss the progress of that plan and examine just what those values might be.
