Recurrent Flooding

Informações:

Synopsis

A subcommittee of Virginia's Secure Commonwealth Panel has released a new report detailing recommendations to mitigate the impact of recurrent flooding and sea level rise along coastal Virginia. Among the report's recommendations is a so-called incident command system, designed to knit together various statewide efforts to combat rising seas from a centralized, state vantage. We're joined today by members of that subcommittee for a closer look at their report and its recommendations.
