The two discuss what has changed between the two teams in the offseason. The two teams are going in different directions as the Oilers have won five straight and the Panthers have lost two in a row, while getting shutout in both of them. They compare and contrast the two starts to the season as the Panthers currently have an identical record as what we saw through 31 games last year (18-11-2), but have had to manage losing key pieces. The Oilers have been led by Leon Draisaitl, who has passed Sam Reinhart in goals this season, along with providing a more defensively sound game.
