Noticing a void locally for wheatgrass the farm starting off with this simple crop to meet the demand across the valley for this popular health juice ingredient. The roster of crops have now grown to include aquaponic lettuce, an arrangement of fruits and vegetables, and free range chicken. Rather than bring the farm to their tables, six local chefs and a craft brewer are bringing the tables to the farm.
