Josh "Archy" Archuleta is quickly making a name for himself as a great brewer at Flying Basset in Gilbert. When we talked about making a session hazy IPA with all New Zealand hops it was a no-brainer. The beer, on tap and in cans starting April 30th at the brewery, turned out great and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Smokin' Hope, a local organization that feeds the hungry.
