Chatting With Sherri welcomes filmmaker Beth Ryne about her documentary; Feeling Seen, a feature length documentary! Telling the story of how lesbians, bisexual women, and Trans/masculine identities have been represented on TV from their own perspectives, this documentary gives voice to those whom society has historically cast aside. Exploring how TV can suppress and isolate on one hand, and provide safety and community on the other, we reveal the universal human need for acknowledgement and validation.
