167: True Dark glasses, Keto, and ultramarathon training

Synopsis

Things get a little weird in my world.  I get to have a lot of fun, have a lot of the stressors that you may even have, and I'm constantly working on how I can be a better version of myself as I travel around the sun on this blue and green planet we call earth.   This week I check out how True Dark glasses work on my sleep, how easy it is to do the Keto eating thing, and lift and run during this eating style.   I seem to have limitless energy by day 4 of eating keto.  I feel good, don't crave sugar, and have a clear head.  It's pretty awesome and I recommend it.  I know what you're going to say,... there's never a good time to be doing this... so JUST DO IT!!!
