Last week we talked about ACCURACY, as step 2 of the 4 step process for anyone to get back in shape. So now, after listening to this series, you are: CONSISTENT with your exercise. We discussed how to develop a habit that is easier to do than not to do. We talked about making it fun and including accountability partners. IF YOU HAVE NOT LISTENED TO PART 1 AND 2, PLEASE STOP AND GO BACK With this CONSISTENCY, we added in ACCURACY. This is where you might get a coach or educate yourself on how to do every movement perfectly. This week we will be adding in INTENSITY. Once you have CONSISTENCY AND ACCURACY, you are ready for the next step. If you really want to take your workouts to the next level, INTENSITY is the way to do it.
