This week we will honor the life and legacy of Capt. Joe Gonzalez who recently passed away by replaying the 2 podcasts that I was fortunate enough to do with him.  Today we will replay the full length interview with Joe recorded from his home in Little Havana surrounded by his family. Joe’s enthusiasm was infectious and his knowledge broad and specific. I was so happy to have him on the podcast because he was on the original short list of legendary fishermen that I wanted to sit down with. Whatever industry you may be in, it is common to hear of the legends. Those people whose name continues to surface in conversations with other customers or competitors. In the inshore fishing business, Capt.
